Refund and Return Policy

Chempoul Publications wants customers to receive books in good condition. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds may be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements may be accepted if the book received is damaged, defective, wrongly shipped, or significantly different from the product ordered. Requests must be raised within [Add return window, e.g., 3 or 7 days] from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Books damaged after delivery due to misuse or poor handling.
Books with writing, stains, torn pages, or missing parts caused after delivery.

Clearance, special-order, or final-sale items where stated on the product page.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request support, contact us with your order number, name, contact details, issue description, and clear photos or video showing the damaged/wrong item and packaging.

Replacement

If the issue is approved and stock is available, we may send a replacement copy. If replacement stock is not available, we may offer a refund or alternative resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Refund timelines may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or payment provider. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process may apply.

Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or courier delivery failure caused by customer-side issues, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
